Return Policy

Customer is responsible for shipping defective or damaged products back to our warehouse. We will cover only the return shipping fee. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order after the product has already shipped or if you refuse the package, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus any additional shipping fees that may apply.

  • If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after you have returned the product to your representative for reshipment
  • All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • All returned items will be tested to verify that they are defective.
  • If you believe that the replacement is defective and after testing the product, we discover that it is NOT defective, we offer the following options:
    1. We will ship the item back to the customer (customer pays shipping) or
    2. We will refund you the product price minus a 50% restocking fee. (Shipping will not be refunded)
